Japan- From the Shinobu Distillery in the coastal and mountainous Niigata Prefecture comes a very rare 15 yr malt - aged over hot summers and cold winters not far from the sea. Complex from Mizunara oak aging, tannic and spicy. Rum raisins, dried fruit, dark chocolate. Long, dry finish.
